Sterling Beach is one of Panama City Beach's most beautiful deluxe resorts. Built in 2003, Sterling Beach is a 92 unit complex, located on 5 acres, and surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. It has 300 feet of sugar white beachfront, a 4000 square foot free form swimming pool (heated seasonally), an expansive sun deck, and a Gulf front Hot Tub.

Located on Thomas Drive not far from the curve leading to Captain Anderson's, Sterling Beach is on the quieter end of the beach, away from the bar and restaurant concentrations in the west. The complex offers a first rate workout facility complete with treadmills, cardio machines and extensive free weights all overlooking the gulf! Outdoor gas barbeque grills are adjacent to the pool deck.

For rent through this site is unit #405 at Sterling Beach. The condo is located on the low fourth floor above the tropical palm trees and the beautiful pool. From this unit you have a panoramic spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico, dolphins and passing ships. Relax with a glass of wine on the spacious balcony and enjoy the breathtaking sunset views every night as the sun slowly sets over the crystal blue water.

This is a three bedroom, two baths, Biscayne style unit with over 1800 square feet of spacious living area. Ten foot ceilings in most areas, a sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, a full sized washer and dryer in a separate utility room, a dining area adjacent to the kitchen, a great room, and a huge 31 foot Gulf front balcony w/table and chairs provides an additional area to relax. The balcony is accessible from the both the living room and the master bed room. The unit sleeps six to eight guests. This is a non-smoking unit. No pets.

For sleeping, the master bedroom has a king size bed and a huge walk-in closet. The master bathroom has an over-sized whirlpool marble tub, spacious walk in shower, and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and connecting bathroom with a tub/shower combination and double sinks. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The sofa pulls out to a queen size bed.

The large, fully outfitted kitchen has solid surface countertops and GE appliances. It is furnished with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal including smooth surface Cooktop with oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, blender, toaster, glassware, flatware, and plenty of pots, pans and cookware. Enjoy your meal at our dining table that seats six, at the breakfast bar, or outside on the balcony enjoying the breath taking view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Included is use of our private/reserved parking space under the building. There are only 14 spaces under the building of which one is exclusively for 405. All other parking is outside in the baking hot sun in un-reserved spaces.

Other features of our Sterling Beach condo are: ceramic tile floors through-out living and dining areas, 42" Flat Panel High Definition TV with upgraded surround sound stereo system. All three bedrooms have TV with DVD player. High Definition cable channels are included. There is free Wi-Fi access in the unit to stay connected with work and home. All areas have ceiling fans. Towels and linens are provided, but bring your beach towels and chairs. The entire unit is tastefully decorated in West Indies Island decor.
